Measuring Eye Bolts

When ordering customary eye bolts, it is best to file the desired specifications together with eye diameter, shank size, thread size and thread length. Use the picture under for eye bolt measurement reference.

Customizing Eye Bolts

For thread lengths exceeding 18″, Suncor Stainless offers custom eye bolts to suit your required specs.

Custom eye bolts are only provided in grade 316 stainless steel and with a completely threaded shoulder. Suncor will decide the attention size wanted to match the thread dimension you specify and will likely be welded onto the threaded rod. There are seven thread sizes to choose from, starting from 1/4″ to 1″. Eye bolts are supplied with a washer and nut.
